Research Methodology Workshop on Culture and Development of Northeast India

Vivekananda Kendra Institute of Culture is organising a 4-day workshop on Research Methods and Proposal Writing on Culture and Development Issues of Northeast India from 1-4 February, 2012.

AIMS:
•    to fill the gaps in methods of research,
•    to develop research capacity of participants and
•    to concretise study proposals to a deliverable research output.

National Youth Day in Arunachal Pradesh

National Youth Day was celebrated throughout the Arunachal Pradesh, on 12th January 2011, commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.

The group from VKV Tafrogam, Km Nyima Bole & Km Mrimingsi Kri won first in the district level Science Exhibition held at HSS Tezu. The second prize winner was Kr Bisaiso Kri (Ex VKV Amliang) of HSS Tezu.

Intellectual awareness program for students : Samartha Bharat Parva

ITANAGAR, Dec 27: The Samarth Bharat Parva, an intellectual awareness program for students conducted by Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Itanagar kicked off on Monday at the school premises.

The basic objective of the program is to highlight India’s contribution to the world.

VKV Ziro releases its first Souvenir

The Ziro Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya (VKV) School on November 22 released the first volume of its souvenir called ‘Harmony, Vol-I’ compiled and written by the Orators’ Club of the school.
